A leading personal car manufacturer and distributor is seeking to employ highly competent sales representatives with insatiable ability and zeal of working to targets with a rewarding commission incentive. The incumbents will be deployed to service any of the following regions around the country, namely Matabeleland, Manicaland, Masvingo, and Mashonaland should have an experience in servicing the general trade market of tuck shops and informal shops. Candidates to apply for these posts should possess the following attributes as a minimum:

• Ability to increase sales and grow the van sales territory by building relationships with new and existing customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Development of a strong product knowledge in order to effectively sell and promote products to customers. Ability to sell appropriate products for the appropriate channel and shops is key for the job performance.
• Undoubted ability to achieve monthly targets set by the company.
• Maintenance of accurate records on stock levels, sales figures, and customer information. Ability to use Microsoft office package is a pre-requisite for the job.
• Honest personality with no criminal record.
• Ability to review and analyse the market and seek to improve activities for market consolidation.
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.

Requirements

-Diploma/certificate in sales as a minimum. A sales/marketing degree is an added advantage.

-Clean class 2 driving license and a good driving record.
