KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Teleselling, monitoring, and tracking dispatched orders as well as attending to client’s complaints
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Answering telephone calls and referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Maintains telecommunication system by following company regulations
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Entering call records and mail records as per company requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- At least 2 years experience in a related field
- A marketing degree or studying towards achieving one
- Secretarial/Receptionists Diploma
- Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Office administration capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and the capability of working under pressure
- Good oral communication with people at all levels and written communication skills
- People-oriented personality
- Age: 22 – 36 years
