Telesales/ Receptionist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Teleselling, monitoring, and tracking dispatched orders as well as attending to client’s complaints
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Answering telephone calls and referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following company regulations
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Entering call records and mail records as per company requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • At least 2 years experience in a related field
  • A marketing degree or studying towards achieving one
  • Secretarial/Receptionists Diploma
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Office administration capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability of working under pressure
  • Good oral communication with people at all levels and written communication skills
  • People-oriented personality
  • Age: 22 – 36 years
