A mature, energetic and an experienced Service Advisor, with strong workshop administration, costing and client relation skills is required to join a dynamic team in vehicle sales, parts, repairs & services.
The Person:
- 3 years of Service Advisor experience,
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Automotive Trade Certificate – Mechanical Related/Sales & Marketing
- Strong administration skills with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Costing experience.
- Ms Office & Social Media skills.
- An understanding of GM vehicles (Isuzu, Chevrolet & Opel) will transfer well.
- Have good work ethic combined with high integrity and honesty.
- Mature & a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any customer issues & experiences.
- Implement strong administration procedures within the workshop technicians & Customers.
- Be responsible for bookings in of vehicles,
- Quotations & Job costing,
- Upselling additional services.
- Represent, drive & fulfil company’s brand, goals and achievements.
