In a sales job, you are generally responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. You may be expected to negotiate contracts with clients, deliver sales. presentations and give product demonstrations.

Sales & Marketing Personnel

• Leads Sales and Marketing strategy formulation and coordination
• Develop and implement innovative marketing and sale plans
• Give feedback to Directors and management on market reactions
• Establish and maintain brand intimacy with customers
• Creating brand story
• Plan advertising and promotional campaign
• Prepare content for publication
• Drives the company’s digital marketing
• Should have the know how on how to participate in tenders
• Coming up with strategies to meet targets
• Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled timeously
• Maintaining sales forecasts, that show the current status of customers and prospects
• Identifying and recommending for approval suitable channel partners for the distribution of the Company’s products and services
