A young, vibrant and upcoming medical aid society wishes to recruit Sales Executives for Harare Operations.

Educational Qualifications

• 5 O level passes including maths
• A marketing degree or equivalent
• Professional marketing qualification such as IMM, LCCI, CIM or MAZ

Personal Attributes

• Must be a self-starter
• Naturally motivated to sale
• Ability to work for results under minimum supervision
• Can absorb pressure
• Strong networking skills
• Team player

• Brand awareness & visibility
• Develop market and client specific sales and marketing strategies
• Develop and enhance client specific experiences
• Maintaining stakeholder relations
• Membership and Revenue growth
• Market Research & Feedback analysis.

 Other Requirements

• Clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Experience in service industry especially medical aid/insurance industry an added advantage.
• Above 28 years and mature individual preferred.
