We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven EMS Sales Specialist to help drive our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our continued growth in this rapidly evolving market.
Job Description:
As an EMS Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the EMS sector. You will focus on selling our suite of messaging services to businesses and organizations, ensuring they achieve their communication goals efficiently. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of the EMS industry, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for EMS solutions on both regional and local business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries such as telecommunications, banking, retail, and government etc.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure the EMS solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Provide ongoing client support to ensure successful implementation and utilization of EMS services.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or messaging services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of technical communication products such as SMS, USSD, and A2P messaging.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and handle complex sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
