Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting our products, and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure offerings meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance or a related field.
• Certificate of Proficiency will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for social impact and financial inclusion.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
