Sales & Marketing Officer Job Responsibilities

1. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
2. Conducting market research on rival products.
3. Crafting digital marketing campaigns, measure them and map appropriate strategies.
4. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
5. Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
6. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
7. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
8. Maintaining client relations.
9. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
10. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Sales and Marketing Officer Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Some work experience as a sales and marketing officer.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Remuneration

We expect to pay the individuals USD300 per month + transport allowance + food. The individuals shall also be earning commission on their sales. However, we expect the individuals to be dedicated and achieve sales targets and volumes.
