The Best Car Rental is looking for a  Sales and Marketing Executive to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and find ways to fulfil them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of the car rental industry, we’d like to meet you.

Job Description:

• Generate new customer leads through various channels
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
• Achieving monthly targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years working experience in customer service or sales
• Degree/ Diploma in Sales/ Marketing  or Business
• Fluent in English and Nyanja (Any other local languages will be an added advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal,  communication and negotiating skills
• Must have an appetite for sales and results
• Must be self-motivated and results driven
• Valid drivers’ license and computer literacy
