Location: Harare
Applications are invited for the post of a Sales and Admin Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales.
- Carry out after sales service and solve customer complaints.
- New business development and market intelligence.
- Manning the reception.
- Update leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
- Research and maintain appropriate customer database.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree from a recognized university in business, Sales and marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Car rental experience an added advantage.
- Driver’s licence a MUST.
- Be proficient in the use of MSOffice Suit.
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including English language fluency.
- Be able to work under minimal supervision.
