Sales and Administration Officer

Location: Harare

Applications are invited for the post of a Sales and Admin Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales.
  • Carry out after sales service and solve customer complaints.
  • New business development and market intelligence.
  • Manning the reception.
  • Update leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
  • Research and maintain appropriate customer database.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A degree from a recognized university in business, Sales and marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
  • Car rental experience an added advantage.
  • Driver’s licence a MUST.
  • Be proficient in the use of MSOffice Suit.
  • Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including English language fluency.
  • Be able to work under minimal supervision.
