Regional Sales Representative X2 (Harare and Gweru)

REPORTING TO: Group Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales plan for assigned Region/Territory
  • Develop and implement a product delivery / movement strategy for assigned Region/Territory
  • New business development
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Build relationships with existing customers and cultivate new leads within the sales territory / Second tier key account management
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data


  • At least 5 years proven sales experience
  • Preferably a Degree in Marketing/Sales
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Construction industry background preferable
  • Product knowledge application essential
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and sales pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Team player, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills
