Membership Growth Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Membership Growth Associate to support the expansion of our network. In this highly client-facing role, you’ll engage directly with professionals and business owners to share the value of our business and guide them through the membership journey. You’ll play a key part in building thriving relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective members in targeted sectors and locations.
  • Clearly communicate the value and purpose of the business to potential clients.
  • Support on boarding of new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
  • Represent the business at networking events, expos, or partner engagements.
  • Track and report on  growth activities and results.

  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with business professionals.
  • Passionate about helping others grow through connections and collaboration.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, client relationship management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus
