Duties and responsibilities

Assisting with Marketing Strategies and Plans

  • Collaborate with management to develop effective marketing strategies and plans for the school.
  • Monitor private schools’ market trends and analyse data to inform decision-making.

Implementing Marketing Campaigns

  • Participate in the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate product launches, events, and promotional activities.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Content Creation

  • Create content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Proofread and edit copy to maintain consistent messaging.

Market Research

  • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape, target audience, and educational industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in organizing marketing and community events, logistics, registrations, and collateral.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Performance Evaluation

  • Evaluate campaign performance by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Use data insights to refine marketing strategies.

Relationship Building

  • Maintain established relationships with Junior Schools and partners.
  • Foster connections with prospective students, parents, and alumni.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Creativity, analytical thinking, and self-motivation.
