Customer Service Agents

We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents with exceptional communication skills to provide our customers quick, effective and continual customer service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries, tickets and helpdesk in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, WhatsApp etc.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Analyzing and reporting faults to the technical team.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance.
  • Informing customers on any changes on service as well as promotions and new products.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Ensuring that customer details are captured accurately.
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing with the Technical, Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 O levels and 2 A levels
  • Bachelor’s Degree an added advantage
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Selling skills
