We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents with exceptional communication skills to provide our customers quick, effective and continual customer service
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries, tickets and helpdesk in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, WhatsApp etc.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Analyzing and reporting faults to the technical team.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance.
- Informing customers on any changes on service as well as promotions and new products.
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Ensuring that customer details are captured accurately.
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing with the Technical, Sales and Marketing teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 5 O levels and 2 A levels
- Bachelor’s Degree an added advantage
- Customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Selling skills
