About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to drive growth by identifying new clients, selling our digital marketing solutions, and ensuring businesses leverage the company to increase visibility and sales. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, confident in selling, and excited to help local businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new business clients across sectors.
• Present and sell directory listings and bundled digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, website design, social media).
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and upselling when appropriate.
• Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Track sales activity, maintain accurate client records, and report regularly on performance.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in business development, digital sales, or marketing services.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus
