Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Brand Manager to join our esteemed team, possessing a diverse set of abilities in traditional marketing, brand management, digital marketing, new product development, market research, and analytics.

  • Market research: Use market research to understand customers and craft strategies based on findings.
  • Competitive analysis: Monitor marketing trends and keep an eye on competitors
  • Marketing strategy: Develop marketing and advertising strategies, and manage their budgets
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Communication: Have strong communication and presentation skills to convey brand strategies
  • Design: Have knowledge of layout, colours, and other design elements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in marketing, showcasing proficiency in business development
  • Proven ability to devise and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of the consumer market and its underlying dynamics is an added advantage.
  • Experience in leveraging traditional marketing channels and effectively managing brand portfolios.
  • Strong analytical acumen, adept at extracting actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Results-driven mind-set with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and maximizing ROI.
  • A member of any recognised marketing board is an added advantage.
