The MLDP is a developmental program for young marketers and recent graduates who want to develop their marketing and leadership skills. It explores how marketing leadership influence can be acquired and leveraged as marketers confront strategic challenges. The program period is 1 year and is divided into 3 semester. It takes both the theory and practical approach which include a mentorship exercise.
Target participants are young/junior marketers, recent marketing graduates, marketing assistants, post graduate marketing students, entrepreneurs.
