Venue: MAZ Head Office (Virtually – Microsoft Teams/Virtually)

• Opening Prayer
• Meeting Approval to conduct virtually
• To receive and adopt minutes of the Previous AGM
• To receive the Chairman’s Report
• To receive the Secretary General’s Report for the period under review
• To receive Audited financial report for the year ended 31 Dec 2019 and current Performance position
• Election of board members for the next 2 year term  Election of President/Chairman for the next 2 year term
• Closing Prayer

a. AGM is for members with paid-up membership for year 2020.

b. Access to participate in the proceedings will be granted upon proof that membership is currently valid.

c. Any other business items to be logged with the Executive Secretary within 7 days of logging this notice

d. Only registered members are eligible to participate. Corporate members shall second only (one) 1 proxy to the meeting
