Dr. Miriam Zhanero Mugwati is an accomplished marketing professional and academic leader, serving as the Executive Dean for Business Sciences at Midlands State University (MSU). Joel Gombera is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 18 years of experience in strategic leadership, brand management, sponsorships, and community development. His career began at Zimbank (now ZB Bank) and has since included key roles at Intermarket, CBZ Holdings, and Doves Holdings. From 2021 to 2023, Joel served as the General Manager of Marketing for Doves Holdings before transitioning to his current role as Senior Brand & Marketing Manager at Nedbank Zimbabwe.

Lyndon Nkomo holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB. (Hons)) degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Laws (LLM) (Communications Laws) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Lyndon is currently reading for a Doctor of Laws degree (LLD) with the University of Pretoria. He is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer. Lyndon has close to three decades of legal experience in both private practice and the corporate sector. He also chairs and sits on a number of Boards including those of Not for Profit Organizations like Deaf Zimbabwe Trust and the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe.
