Marketers Association of Zimbabwe continues to spearhead and uplift Marketing Professionalism through various programs. Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing Class of January, and March 2022 completed their course in August 2022 and the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) is proud to announce that 141 students have achieved a certificate in Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing Course and some students where from our regional area in Malawi and Zambia. Marketers Association of Zimbabwe hosted a combined Graduation on 30^th of September 2022, with 132 graduates attending, with the greater part being Digital marketing graduates and the remaining where the Sales and Marketing Practitioners, who had completed all the necessary requirements, during one of our major events Winter School.

This is the second year, MAZ Digital Marketing classes have since shifted from physical classes to online classes. Due to the online shift MAZ has managed to penetrate the regional market recruiting more classes, as we are truly now digital! Hosting ZOOM classes has also given MAZ the opportunity to have bigger classes and to spread its reach to other cities. Currently MAZ has three Digital Marketing classes being hosted online, ie (Certified Digital Marketing Expert, Executive Certificate in Digital Marketing and Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing) and we are currently recruiting for an October intake, running with a promotion of 10 % discount accompanied by free student membership valid for 6 months.

Digital Marketing is now one of the most sought out qualification globally being triggered mostly by the COVID19 era, where a greater part worked from home, hence digital skills are now on high demand in order to work effectively.

MAZ is also pleased to let you know that we have revised the Certificate in Digital Marketing program and come up with a new curriculum structure. The new program title is Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing (PCDM) this has been implemented since 2021. The new demand for virtual business has also brought the need, not only for hands on professionals to acquire Digital Marketing Skills, but also for Senior Executives to have adequate appreciation of it. As a result, MAZ has also introduced the Executive Certificate in Digital Marketing (ECD). This is an 8 weeks course whose lessons will be conducted once a week for this duration. The first intake will commence next year and enrolment in progress.
