Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) is a membership driven body whose major mandate is to uplift the marketing profession. It was established in 2007 after the realisation that marketing as a profession in Zimbabwe was not being given the recognition it deserves. The Association also represents the broad spectrum of marketing related professionals which include, sales, business development, media, advertising, customer service, public relations, digital marketing amongst others.
Grounded on the core values of passion, transparency and professionalism, the Association has promoted continuous career development programmes, which encourage exchange of new generation marketing and business ideas. These have benefited both member and non-member organisations. Marketing is the major driver and backbone of any organisation’s success and ignoring it would be catastrophic and detrimental to the future existence of any organization.
